Title: Advice on a Protien Bar or Ready-to-Drink
Post by: NYMatty on November 18, 2007, 07:36:06 PM
Im on the road a lot during the day... I eat a good breakfast and lunch...I get hungry inbetween meals and b4 the gym... The easiest thing would be a Myoplex RTD shake or a protien bar... Anyone have a favorite bar or drink? some of these bars have the worst texture

i dont really buy protein bars much anymore but my favorite use to be the carb sense apple cinnamon by eas. those are the only bars i ate alot and never got tired of the taste.

for shakes i usually just put the powder in shaker bottle and take it with me. buying the rtd's all the time gets expensive so i would rather just make my own.

The Detour low sugar bar is great tasting, and a great nutritional profile as well!  No hidden sugar alcohol, or corn syrup etc.
