finally having an off-season that i like.
220 in the morning.
and this was taken after 30 mins on the bike just after waking.
flat, hungry, but overall still liked how things were going this week so i took pics.
after all the bashing of my stage shots (181 lbs) i figured this would put things into perspective
that i'm not paper-thin, and actually take this seriously.
flame on if you will.
just felt it was my due for the shit i talk to some people sometimes, at least they know where i stand.
PS i'm not looking to be the next sevastase, i know my place at getbig, i don't insult or call-our people who look better than me.

i've been training almost 6 yrs.
competed twice and had to take diurectics for stage obviously.
natural, no.
i guess the orals would have been the "crossing point" for me, but
to answer your question, around competition time i have used orals
to help with training.

While saturated fat has the ability to raise androstenendione resulting in a greater propensity for endogenous testosterone release, I wouldn't necessarily call paczkis an oral anabolic.

You got a long way to go. The sad part is that you talk so seriously about being a BB, I dont think its in the cards for you. Your upper body is light years behind your lower body...which isnt that good. Stop taking roids, they dont work....get thin and lean, call it a day...or work out hard as hell for another 5 years then show pics.

legs are great...the hams could probably use more work though

Colossus is quite large in person, he just has a large frame wich is less impressive in pictures then a narrow guy with not a lot of muscle but who looks more filled out

If you want me to be honest... and i'm not flaming... I think you look pretty sloppy. You have a genetically wide waise that is emphasized with bodyfat. Cut the fat and don't try to bulk as it doesn't suit you well. I think you should do your best to be patient and gain size while being lower in bodyfat. Don't go by the scale it does naturals no justice just go by the mirror. There's a good amount of muscle under that fat (I know you're not FAT but too fat to look really good with your structure in my opinion.)

tryin to keep lean. usually don't see any outline of abs this time of year, or in this "offseason" phase, which this year, is still quite clean...cheat 1'ce a week at the very most...cardio here and there to keep me from going too overboard.

atleast gives me soemthing to aim for.
come show, time, my waist is not a huge concern, especially from the side.
but from the front, gotta pull a jay cutler and double up on shoulder size to counter that waist.
and on an arms perspective follow in the steps of Branch warren...just bring them up. and not let my legs continue to dominate.
im 21, got room and time to grow.... don't plan to go pro, dont think that it's in the cards for me, just wanna do the best with what i got, and feel like i accomplished my max.
ill be back on stage (no longer as a Junior) once i feel ready..
maybe at 23... who knows.
i learned a long time ago that being lean is the key, even in the offseason.
never had to bloat like a pig to grow, but sometimes you get ahead of yourself
and trick yourself into believing thats the only way...
slowly but surely...
next time ill try and have a nice carb-up and take shots in better lighting at the gym,
the difference should be a hell of alot better. i always like my post-workout look rather than
my morning look.

2. the picture needs to go up about 6 inches and to the right about 18 inches
3. the bookcase needs to be moved 12 inches in from where it's currently.
4. the wallpaper needs help and the painted walls need more color

Good width,good back thicness,good quads,hams,and calves...........do more deadlifts or rack deads.
Do more reps for chest,shoulders,and do Super-Sets for arms,biceps/triceps.................use a manageable weight in good form with very little rest between sets.
Forget huge weights,make the muscles do the work not the ego.
