Anybody does this?
Bought a coffee grinder and just poor in flax seeds, like 20 gram. Grind 2 sec and put it in my cottage cheese or oatmeal.
Doesn't taste bad, it's a great source of fats and fiber. Normal flax seed oil goes rancid very quickly.

I sometimes grind it myself, depending on which is a better deal...seeds or ground and put it in my oatmeal every morning....
