Is that what they are charging or paying? You're right, this stuff will end up being used illicit purposes. They ran around the globe taking DNA samples without permission from everywhere they could. There was a big controversy over what they tried to do in Iceland. Several tribes in remote places gave up their DNA thinking they were being helped only to learn later that the tests went for other uses and profits which didn't benefit them.
