you have a small frame with small joints, very good taper and mesomorphic tendencies. if you took gear you could do very well imo. the more you get into competing, the more you will feel frustrated at being beaten by people with far far less genetic potential than you.

I haven't had my BF checked in a long time because frankly I don't obsess over it, but I wear 38" waist pants. Some days they're tight, some days loose. All depends on what I eat. If I notice them getting tight, I slack off on the carbs for a day or two.
