Title: Does this look like a offseason bodybuilder?
Post by: kwri298 on November 20, 2007, 03:31:13 PM
This pic is from Alex's website...it said that he was 16 weeks out from the Nationals.  This does not look like a off season bodybuilder to me.

it all depends at what stage of his offseason he is in, if he just finished a show, and this pic was taken 3 weeks later and he's started his offseason then yeh he could be offseason

According to his website this was before he started his prep for nationals.  He was 16 weeks out.  That shit is crazy

it's why his arms will never grow, though.

cut that cardio out for 6 months and add some muscle!

Don was 33 according to:

http://www.getbig.com/iview/youngblood020111.htm

And 34 according to:

http://www.musclemayhem.com/front/content/view/122/108

So it's safe to say he started around the beginning of 1988.
