Title: a more accurate food pyramid?

meats, eggs, and natural sources of animal proteins are tied for number one with all vegetables.
the second category would be fruits and nuts.
the third category would be dairy products and whole grains.
the fifth category would be all processed foods, like simple carbs, sugars, and trans-fatty acids.

thats what i think would be the most accurate.
its ort of like what atkins says too.

what would you guys say is the most accurate? just wondering..
