Today I tried something new. As I’ve read a lot about stretching the last days, I did some stretching after waking up. I got up, put my sports clothes on and did some more or less “easy” stretching for app 35 minutes. It felt very good!
I went to work 90 mins before my shift started and did some training for my shoulders ( I want to walk on my hands in a couple of months) and my abs. When I finished my fitness training I had the crazy idea to do some more circuit training.
Crazy me. 25 mins of circuit training and I was done :D

I love when they catch those sick perverts on Dateline. I heard there was some controversy over the show though. Some politician or big wig was trying to hook up with young girls online. hey tommy...ever met van damme ?...I did in bucharest in club CUBA DEL SOL . he had a table right next to me. it was weird because i grew up with his movies and he was like 150 lbs when I saw him. Can u dig up any good stories on him?

Many times. He trained at Gold's Venice for some movie in 95' Double Trouble or Double Bubble or something. Dennis Rodman was in it too. ;D. We've gone drinkin'... sushi... etc. He was real cool. It was after his drug/coke problem, so he was actually pretty humble in those days.

Stretching is good for you. If you dont stretch you will get stiff and not be able to lift good.

That was a picture from the movie BloodSport. I'm pretty sure its from Hong Kong. Van Damme really came a long way. I give him credit because not too many people could do what he does. Always will be a fan of him.
