He is awesome offseason, and in the gym.  But as far as contest prep. he relies totally on drugs to bring in his condition.  If there were no rules on diuretics he would look pisser.  He doesn't put int he same hard work in the diet and cardio areas that other successful guys do.  If he did, he would win shows.  He sort of comes across as a know it all.

MM's best condition was in the post 2003
Olympia Grand Prixs. Unfortunately, he never
attained that condition again or he could have
done some damage. Seems his waist got wider
after 2003 too while he was trying to chase more size
which he didn't really need.

Nasser's conditioning was miles ahead.

And Mustafa only beat Nasser on quads, and that's about it. A 97 Nasser would beat every top IFBB pro today easy, while Mustafa takes like 5th place at 3rd tier shows.  ::)
