Jay has a contract with Flex, M&F and he can only be used for those mags.

Vic is a Muscular Development athlete...

yeah, but read those carefully in how they word things. Not like the other articles where his name is linked to the article like the other athletes.

Not really a column with Jay's input on the content....usually about something that happened in the past, not a training article or any kind of personal info like most articles. Kinda weird like someone writing a diary about him...
