Title: Good news! You just gained 30 pounds of lean muscle mass!

Let's say a GENIE let you have 30 pounds of LEAN muscle mass!

That's the good news!!

The BAD NEWS is one of the following would happen:

a) Your calves would shrink the size of bast's  :-\

b) Your voice and accent would be Vince Goodrum's  :(

c) Your teeth would be those of BerzerkFury  :'(

d) You would have to stop posting at Getbig!  :-[

e)  ??? Here you can give your own example
