Currently 285, probably around 18%-20% bodyfat. Yes, let the haters come, but with this cycle I'm wanting to retain as much muscle mass and strength as possible while losing 3%-5% bodyfat tops (around 20-30lbs total?) May seem far fetched, but will try my damn best. Just tired of trying to always put on size. Time to take some of the non-essential stuff off and go from there.
Weeks 1-12: Test Prop 100mg EOD
Weeks 1-3: Clen pyramid up from 60mcg to 120mcg in 20mcg increments back down to 60mcg over three week period
Weeks 7-9: Clen (same)
Weeks 13-15: Clen (same)
Also where could Anavar fit into this cycle? I'm just curious as to how it might be beneficial for maintaining strength and muscle over this cycle, but don't know whether it would fit well within the first 6 weeks of the cycle or would I just be wasting it?
Currently on a Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday split with the first workout (Monday's) rotating back in on Saturday and then continues on Monday, Tuesday, etc. as before. Probably going to put cardio in on Wednesdays, Sundays and whenever else depending on when my leg days fall.

IMO, you could run Anavar for 3 months no problem, through the whole cycle. But if you want to be conservative and only do 6 weeks you could put it in the last 6 weeks. The leaner you are the more you benefit from anabolic support.
Personally I'd go with ephedrine over clen and run it straight through. You could put in the clen the last 2-3 weeks to get the last bit of fat off.

Wrong way to run clen...there are far more efficient ways. Search the board because we've covered this a bazillion times...start with some of the stickies at the top of the page.

Prop is fine but can be uncomfortable for the long haul. Plus who wants to shoot themselves ED or EOD? I hate pinning. If it works for you and you can tolerate it cool, but me unless trying to keep down water close to a comp will pass on the prop. Good stuff but just high maintence. When Im using it I shoot ED so it becomes a major pain in the ass so to speak, LOL

I'm comfortable with injections EOD over a 12 week period, no problem for me really. I've only done two cycles before (test e + winny...test e + deca in seperate injections) so I'm familiar with injection frequency and problems that can come with them. What other options really besides prop Luv2Hurt? The reason I chose it was a lot of people say that there is minimal bloat with prop with the ability to gain good strength and lean muscle, but have no familiarity with it personally. Also I was thinking instead of doing the Clen in that fashion that I'd do this instead.

*Start with 40mcg/ed
*Bump up 20mcg every 1-2wks
*Try not to go over 140mcg/ed
T-3:
*Start at 25mcg/ed
*Bump up 12.5mcg every 1-2wks
*Try not to go over 100mcg
*One wk bump up the clen, the next wk bump up the t-3...not both at the same time. Also, try to use sound judgment...if you're still losing fat at a good rate, you might not need to make an adjustment in your clen or t-3 that wk...maybe you just end up bumping your cardio up a bit that wk. BTW, did I mention how important cardio is?
Coming off T-3 and clen:
*wk 1, clen 40mcg/ed, t-3 25mcg/ed
*wk 2, clen 20mcg/ed, t-3 25mcg/ed
*wk 3, off everything.

Well yes prop might/maybe give less bloat but with the right diet and training the difference will be minimal for the goals you seek. I would recomend test cyp or enth. But again if you are fine and ok with the prop EOD then go for it, I like the way prop comes on hard and strong. Maybe try and do a little more though 150mg EOD would work better.
I agree with what AJ says about the clen, just start drinking/popping that stuff and dont stop.

For your goal, adding some primo, or/and stanoz to the collection wont hurt.
Where you put it dont even matter that much IMO.
I like var, too.
Small doses of Real HGH is what you want to speed fat loss.
Could use it post cycle even to combat lean mass loss.

My last two cycles with enanthate didn't go well in terms of trying to keep just lean tissue on (cardio or lack there of contributed to that mainly). Is the hype about clen overrated in terms of its effectiveness for only a few weeks? Do I need to downcycle off of it for a week or so while on, or just increase as I go? Finally would it be safe to run Anavar the whole cycle at 40mg-50mg a day in order to help maintenance of strength and muscle, or not? I haven't seen much in terms of how long one should run it, but I figured that the usual advice about orals would still apply.

25mg of USA Pharma Var I can FEEL. Stacks well with most anything.
USA Pharma HGH at 2iu on a empty gut with cardio incinerates fat. Adding 12-25mcg of cytomel is like add'n gas to the fire. 2 x a week will help that fat thing. Thats affordable for a single dude. ($28 ew ???)
Get real deal and use less. Lots of bunk out there.
Make that cardio really count if fat loss is a priority. It spares the lean mass like a magic trick.
