Just when you thought Eli was going to turn the corner!!!! Boom. I feel bad for the giants. With so must invested in Eli , this guy is disastrous to the franchise.

If his last name wasn't Manning he would be on the bench by now. Good thing for the Chargers daddy got him traded to NY. The Giants are a solid team they just need more consistent play play at QB.

He's never engineered a game winning drive in 4 years now, but he's lost a TON.
He's not a rookie anymore, this is what he is, a shitty quarterback.

I don't care what anyone says. Tom Coghlin has done a good job considering all the SHIT he has had to deal with.
The giants are a solid team. They have the personel to be great.They have the tools. Just like everyone else , they need a consistant, winning qb.

Horrible job by Accorsi in choosing him in the first place and letting Rivers go. They'd have to have done something drastic before it was too late to get decent value, like trade his ass last off-season. Probably impossible even then, but this guy's not taking them anywhere and it's taken the Giants 1-2 years too long to realize it. Giants haven't adequately addressed their weakness at QB for about 15 years now.
Giants are a decent team; just another example the difference a QB makes, just as in Dallas pre Romo. Unlike Dallas though, some of the other guys on the team are also part of the problem. That team should be broken up after Coughlin's gone, guys like Shockey and Burris are part of the problem and can still provide good trade value towards better personnel down the road.

This is a funny title. YEah this guy is bad...not the worst, far from it, but he isnt anywhere near where the NFL wants him to be. He is average at best.

I agree with that. One thing that Manning has shown is that if has to carry the load by himself, he can't do it. Guys like Brady,Favre,Peyton etc.. can take over a game and make plays when something isn't there. Eli can't do those things.

exactly...he is a bit better than a game manager but he needs a lot around him to get going...Now you guys will call me crazy, but a few years ago when the G-men had Kurt Warner...what was their record before thry shatched Kurt and gave the job to ELi....i thought it was 6-2, but i could be wrong
