There's a difference. You are skeptical of Nasser's arms being real muscle in this pic simply because it looks too big to be true.
However, Greg and Klaus' arms are obviously and noticeably not muscle. They do not look anything like muscle. Big Difference with Nasser's.

He's "semi-retired in the video I think" in that he's not competing but hadn't yet decided that he was no longer going to compete. He's not juicing anymore but is still 300 lbs and cut.

This picture is actually sad. Guy in his mid 40's still taking huge amounts of steroids, training heavy, and wearing silly looking clothing that is obnoxious on someone 10 years younger, when all of his peers have moved on to bigger and better.

Point is at 45+ years old your MAIN GOAL in life shouldn't be getting jacked. I train hard and maintain size, but there are far more important things in my life at this stage of the game. I just happen to be lucky that I look like I'm juicing when I'm not. My genetics crush Nasser's

He used to be able to maintain his size in the offseason by sometimes even eating as little as 100 grams of protein, or having 80% of his calories from carbs alone. Don't hate or assume that he's juiced up just because he's still bigger at 40+ then you ever were or will be.

That's a freaky pic for sure but since he's at 20+ % bf it looks more like a huge round blob, as opposed to Nasser's where you can actually see vascularity and separation

It's just the angle. When looking at a concentration curl and facing the side of the arm the upper arm will always look disproportionately bigger than the forearm since more surface area of the upper arm faces that direction whereas the forearm is perpendicular to it, and as a result more of the forearm's surface area is facing an opposite direction.
