i only drink 2-3. when I drink I eat less food that day and get the right amount of calories.

Does darker beer have more health benefits or does it not really matter? I guess what I am wondering is does something like Natural Ice or PBR offer the same health benefits as something like Guinness, Newcastle, etc.?
