no you are just as cut actually , you just got to pump up the muscle 'THROUGH' the fat to 'look' more cut

if you diet to no end you just get small and ripped and have no energy ect.

i dont require rest i just eat and train

Back lat spread is pretty hard.. I just can't seem to put the traps out no matter what, but when I do, I look narrow.

2,700 cals with 300-700 coming from alcohol. About 150-80 grams of protein a day. That's it. I eat noddles, oats, bananas, protein powder, beer, vodka, turkey, chicken and redmeat.

Bottom line is that I do it my way. I could probabl get leaner on a trational diet, but no fun in that boring and gay shit.
