Got a batch of IGF 1, the powder inside is broken, can it still be used? will the strength reduce if the powder is broken?

You mean its a hard cake that cracked in 1/2?

If it will mix with the water, should be able to use it?

There's not that many IGF users here, Ive never seen teh stuff myself.

  As long as the glass is not broken, the powder "cake"  can be shattered and it's as good as new same as with HCG or GH.
