The swiss ball is good for the garbage can, the dumb kid squating on the ball deserves to whip out and break his legs because he's too stupid to workout and the guy doing incline db presses on the leg press belongs no where near a gym.

I seen this crazy biker guy who does bench comps or whatever he does come's to the gym ever night in biker gear takes jacket off and benches for about 30 minutes strong as an ox anyways a trainer was kicking all the swiss balls to the corner cleaning up the gym area one hit him while on the bench and son of a bitch racked it pulled out is switch blade slashed every ball in the gym, put his jacket on and rolled the gym havent seen him since but at least he got rid of all the balls for the rest of us

It was achieved with element115-anti-gravity-laser-sclapels from Planet Nibiru, which were also used to build the pyramids.
If you don't believe me, pm gh15, he was there when the pyramids were built.

im guessing he just went on the ball one leg at a time with his spotter balancing him until he got his stance right.
