Title: HARDCORE GYM OF THE MONTH- PL USA

Here is an article ran this month in PowerliftingUSA about Bob Bonham and his gym Strong&Shapely in E.Rutherford NJ, earning their title of Hardcore Gym of the Month. (I tried to post the articles big enough to read but apparently this site shrinks everything down by default.)

Kudos to Bob for being very encouraging and supportive of the sport of bodybuilding and powerlifting for so many years, and running an establishment that caters to everyone from the fitness enthusiast to the hardcore lifter. The music is rock/metal and its cranked LOUD! Not many gyms like this anymore.
