I heard he still does shots here and there.  His training seems to still be intense and he does some sparring as well I think.  He is 45 but looks 65.

i have seen yates up close and personal and he does not look 65.. he just english  ;).. anyway.. he still does the same type of training as he always did.. just not as regular..
