I almost had to go to a Kenny G concert w/ my GF. So right now, ALL music sounds good.

Okay, I confess that, years ago, I bought the Kenny G Holiday album, and some of the tunes are catchy, but I couldn’t do an entire concert of the guy.

I live in Greensboro, NC, and one of our local stations (WMAG, 99.5 FM) started playing all Christmas music two weeks ago.  Sheesh!!

What's worse...it's not even the old classics like the Chipmunks and the one about the kid who got a busted grill and just wants two front teeth for Christmas...it's this new age goofy crap (Annie Lennox's version of "Winter Wonderland" makes me homicidal/suicidal).

Ya the music's blaring loudly and as is the case every year, will be annoying until around the 15th or 20th. Then it'll be listened to fairly constantly.

Now playing, Luther Vandross.  "This is Christmas."  I really miss Luther.   :'(

Sad to say, but my girlfriend lent me one of her holiday compilation albums.
I don’t know the name, but there’s a song by Britney Spears…something like, “I’ll be waiting here. Santa that’s my only wish this year” in the lyrics.

Sadder to say that I have come to like the song, play it often while driving, and can sing along with most of the words.
