This is gonna be sweet, I've missed that machine!
Now I'm gonna incorporate it in my routine for some serious pullovers 8)
I'll hit it hard for three months then let you guys know what difference it made.

Yes the pullover machine is a very good addition to back training.

Lucky, I've always heard great things about that machine.

Ive never heard/seen that machine before.

Damn, I'm jealous; that machine is awesome!

The old "plate-load" Nautilus-Pullover (see Dorian Yates "Blood & Guts") is by far superior than these new nautlilus 250 lbs equipment.

That original Nautilus pullover machine was something else indeed when it came to working the lats. Wonder if Bluto's machine has the pulldown bar in front? Really should not need or do anything else for the back except with the Nautilus pullovers and pulldown bar (curl grip) used right after a set of pullovers. Probably the only other back movement would be shrugs or SLDL's to complete a full back workout. Both favored exercises of Art Jones.
That was the problem most BB'ers made in the past., doing other back exercise along with the Nautilis/pulldown workouts.. And of course, too many sets . Recovery was extra hard and slowed development/strength. Than those BB'ers blamed the Nautilus machine it's self as being crap, where it was just not used right by them. That Hammer machine (or any other machine) doesn't even compare to the original Nautilus. That three gear (nautilus cam) made all the difference in the world. Good Luck Bluto.

i havent seen it yet but its probably this one or slightly older one...
wish it was an even older model, hopefully it still be useful

Cool, must have some Dorian inspiration. He used that a lot from what I've seen.

i haven't checked in a couple of months, but not too long ago you could get some of the original AJ made Nautilus machines on Ebay-his former wife was cleaning out her garage or something.

I would like to try a Nautilus one....but unfortunately my gym doesn't have one. :(
