If you run out of days/time and end up missing a bodypart, what group is it?

For me it actually ends up being arms. They are normally done towards the end of a workout, so if i gotta be somewhere, the arms suffer.

I skip my penis when I cant find my skipping rope.

Also i wish i had the courage to do the dictionary calf raises more then once a week, but they re just too brutal.
Try 4 min one legged dictionary raises, it is the most brutal workout pain, but ohh soo effective for calves.

I tried them but didn't like them. I felt it perfectly with my right calf, but it felt totally different with my left, like it wasn't hitting the same part of the calf. Ill just stick to regular calf raises.
