Our clothing line is now up and running!
You can see a sample of our shirt design at this link:
http://www.troponinnutrition.com/index.php?option=com_content&task=blogcategory&id=23&Itemid=49
We're going to be running a sale until Christmas, and you can pick up a shirt for as little as $9.99.
They quality of the shirts is top notch, and they'll last through any workout you can give them.
You can also purchase a DVD of our October Seminar at this link:
http://www.troponinnutrition.com/index.php?option=com_content&task=view&id=57&Itemid=50
With nearly 5 HOURS of footage, including never-before-released in-depth information on our Carb Cycling approach, this is certainly worth the money. For 1/2 the price other films of less than 1/2 the length, this is a great Christmas gift for those interested in using nutrition to improve their performance!

trop: gh15 calls you a powerlifter
I am a powerlifter. I won best lifter at the 2007 APF Michigan with a 2,149lb total at a 262lb weigh in.
I'm also on the Q&A panel at www.eliteFTS.com which is one of the largest powerlifting sites on the net. I've done many more bodybuilding shows than powerlifting meets though.
So, while he may be wrong about the aliens, he's at least partially right about me being a powerlifter I guess.

I did full body routines a few times.
I think they're possibly the best routine you can follow as a beginner, and especially as a natural beginner.
When you first begin training with weights, you don't have the neuromuscular pathways to properly isolate each muscle. Much of your initial progress in strength is actually proliferation and improving this. Since you don't have the ability to properly overload the working muscle, attempting to isolate a particular muscle is pretty much useless.
By doing full body routines, you'll take advantage of your decreased ability to damage each particular muscle by hitting each muscle multiple times a week.
This will also speed up the neuromuscular adaptations to training.
As you become more efficient at these processes, you'll begin getting more sore and taxing each muscle group more fully. At this point, you may want to go to an upper body/lower body split.
Eventually (if hypertrophy is your goal), you can move to a single body part per day routine.
I still do multi-body part routines when training for powerlifting. Yesterday I did Bench, Dips, Seated Military, Laterals/rear lateral, Pull ups, One arm rows, and finished with tricep extensions. Just a few sets of each.

this guys dvd is prolly one of the few that is worth buying, he works his ass of with freaky weights and basic excersises. he is not like those flex wheeler scumbags who only rely on genetics and gear for gains.
-
bump for muscles.

Good stuff Trop...

Good stuff Justin! I am glad to see the Getbiggers are receptive. I think you are a class act as is Dante.

STFU, you're a tool who doesn't lift weights. Nobody listens to you.

So what kind of shirts are these...Again are they American Apparel?

Is American Apparel a brand? The shirt brand is GILDAN.
They're t-shirts. Workout shirts.
We're set up in-house to produce pretty much a full line of clothing. Once we see how things sell, and if there is an interest, we'll do other options.
IE: Jerseys, tank tops, baby doll t's, racer-backs, and a full line of Sleeveless flannel shirts, suspenders, bushy socks, and cheap knock-offs of "tapout" gear.
I actually wanted to make a shirt that said "bodybuilders have small penises" just to see what kind of looks I'd get. Probably something along the lines of "this meathead is so stupid, he can't even see what his shirt says!" But, at least I'd be laughing too.
I don't know that they'd sell well though.

when is your worn clothes line available stud?

Soilin' some up right now.
I just ate a whole bag of Olestra laden "Wow!" brand tortilla chips with salsa.....I'm expecting this pair to become a collector's item.
Oily stool always jacks the price up, but when the market is right, why hold back?
-
hahaha i think you'd be surprised how much freaks would want to buy the tortilla spicy edition.

I believe it was either Adam Smith or Karl Marx that said "the worth of soiled undergarments is inversely proportional to the cleanliness of the cloth."
-
trop, weren't you supposed to come down here in SoCal and work/train with Dante for a while?

LOL. Smart, and a sense of humour, eh? Hate to tell ya this, but you won't last long around here. :D
-
trop, weren't you supposed to come down here in SoCal and work/train with Dante for a while?
Yeah, I was down for almost a week at the end of summer.
We just finalized our partnership between our companies, so I'll be down there again in the next few weeks.
You train there, right? I'll let you know when I'm coming down next. I don't think I'll be there long this time, but I'm sure I'll be there frequently in the future.
