i love the way they describe the exercises. really basic and more of a description than a 'brand-name exercise' if that makes sense. the opening quote is also great - "as many reps as feasable for your individuality."

my Lord i don't know about that, i mean 95 pound presses behind neck and curls and 145 pound barbell rows, what a beast!!!!!!!!!

all basic movements for huge sheer mass. nowadays guys dont train that way anymore, all drugs, fancy equipment machines and nubain.
