Not really. I believe he has a bicep/tricep machine in the cab of his truck. When he's hauling a load he can get in valuable arm workouts.

And once you learn the "over the top" move, you are pretty much unstoppable.

Haha, I just watched this guy win this years 165 lb wt class...his forearms looks around 19"

Onlyme learnt this move at the Buffet Line and it made him the man he is today.

Onlyme has been quoted as saying he took 200mg of test cyp every day in 1986. Kind of sad really because he just ended up being morbidly obese instead of putting on any muscle. He is now about as strong as me.

There are some big guys in pro armwrestling but they train hard.  All these people say all drugs but dont know nothing when it comes to what kind of training they do.  Alexey Voevoda from russia trains by doing different types of forearm and arms exercises.  Does one handed pull ups with others in a video I saw. See it here...
&mode=related&search Most people today just think they can take drugs and all will come to them.. its the work that makes you better not the drug.  Thats why you see people post and look like crap.  They think they can take all these drugs and do everything when really others who take little or no drugs can do more.
