Title: green beans
Post by: candidizzle on December 03, 2007, 06:59:03 PM
i just ate three freezer bags of green beans with my dinner. , and with the green beans i had some lean hamburger coated with cayenne pepper, chili powder, hot sauce, and a little bit of salsa. probably too much hamburger, i bet it was about 100 grams of protein.    do you think its possible that any of that could store as fat? (thats like 45 grams of vegetable sugar).....i am pretty sure that my glycogen stores ar close to full..

Stop being so worried about gaining an ounce Candizzle. I know you were fat and you don't want to go back, but you don't need to obsess about everything you eat. Thats no way to go through life. Just be active and eat as clean as you can, you will be fine.
