Shawn.

Ronnie = disqualified for wearing two pairs of posing trunks.
Jay = disqualified for testing positive for diuretics.
Kevin = disqualified for not paying his IFBB dues and didn't sign the contract on time.

And although I heard somewhere Ronnie was technically banned, all joking aside, Jay and Kevin did both have valid reasons for being disqualified vaulting Shawn up to second place.

Nasser = true champ because he could have taken a time machine like in that movie Back to the Future.. 1997 Nasser would just travel to 2001 and crush everyone.
