Not a huge fan of what "rap" has become but denying Ghostface's talent is lame.  The man has skills.

True. He's definitely one of the best out, and has been good for 10+ years. Anyone got any other funny bodybuilding rap references?

If you removed all the cultural bullshit, the clothes, and put him in a standardized human breeding farm and assessed his quality compared to the norm with all the other thousands of breeding subjects wearing 100% similar white and black growth uniforms, his drug fried brain would score below the norm, and along with his sub par health indicators, he would be labeled as thrash and wasted instead of being used to enhance the gene pool the human breeding farm was gathering electronically for the purpose of creating a super humanoid.

GK was one of the best rappers of the late 90s.

Go to Itunes and listen to "All That I Got is You" by Ghostface Killah. Mary J Blige is on the track too.

That song will have ya in tears.  If you're a dad, you'll swear that you'll never leave your kids after hearing this song.  Even if you don't like rap... the piano... beautiful stuff.

He used the word muscle immediately before rhyming Jay's name. This makes it essentially impossible that he meant the football player.

I agree.

But, on the other hand, at least in germany bodybuilding has always been a sport of the lowest classes, especially when roids are involved.

Natural Bodybuilding seems to have many friends in universities, as far as i can see it on message boards and in my personal experience with people.
