Title: Jay Cutler mentioned Ghostface Killah on his new DVD

While training triceps, Jay mentions:

"Of all the brothers in the Wu nation, I think Ghost brings the rawest sh*t.  I use his words as motivation when I have to encounter a roadblock in my life, like controlling my waistline or dealing with those assclowns on the message boards".
