Oh, so you wouldn't care so as long as the steroid dealer hasn't been caught/convicted whether he wins the Olympia right? Because if that's the case, then Olympia competitors ranked at #'s 2-10 have all been found guilty of the above regardless of whether they have been arrested and brought to light of it is insubstantial...
