I've seen that in one of the places I train.  I prayed to my Lord that he fell off the treadmill while doing that but it never came true.  Last week I saw a guy just walking around the gym doing curls--just strolling around like he was looking for something but doing curls at the same time.  Ponderous.

Yeah, everyone thinks that if they train any harder than that they'll look like Markus Ruhl. It's amazing how dumb people are.
