Title: Magic and Lebron Opening Gym

Its going to be called The Hanger.  They are building it inside an airplane Hanger.  Not sure if it is in LA.  It will be centered around Basketball but provide a lot of other equipment.

That's pretty cool.  Magic has done an amazing job with his movie theaters and with helping promote 24 Hour Fitness.
