I found it when I was doing a google search for all things Sally McNeil.  There were two threads that were pretty heated so it turned up on my search

The guys on other site "Body building dungeon" where talking about what a bunch a Ass holes are here. 
So I came to look  ;D
I started watching the site at the begining of 2006 and then joined a towards the end of 2006.
I used to pop in every morning when I got to work mainly to look at Blinky's "Ass thread" and have a quick look through G&O
