bowflex's are actually good for women, add some dumbbells in there, thats all they need

I recomend the Chuck Norris approved Total Gym, then that gym would be complete!

 As long as you wear a black beanie cap down over your eyes, a wife beater and old crusty combat boots you can gain awesome size anywhere.
