Synthol really ruined my arms - and I paid a very high price (not really competing since 1999...My 2001 and 2003 shows were "contract shows" - I did them because I had to...while I truly wasn't ready for it.)
However, looking at the pic with Jay - I am bummed that I didn't compete that day - as I actually believe I could have placed 3rd at that show (with all due respect to other competitors).
I was in incredible condition - best I remember since 1994...with improved back, delts, hams & ALMOST ::)striated glutes....
Today I have officially started preparing for the 2008 COMEBACK...

How is the comeback training going? What shows are you doing in 2008?

Milos is perpetually six weeks out. I think it's a good thing that he's competing because he may as well at almost 44 and constantly looking like a bodybuilder anyway.

at least he can be honest about things..he admits to using synthol and that it ruined his physique.
respect for that (although he couldn't really deny it when he was rushed to hospital for mainlining synth)
there is another bodybuilder who is probably the most high profile, top-tier pro to ruin his delts, upper arms and lats using it...he tries to claim it's scar tissue ::)
