That's what I've implied if you see what I've written - I'm close to 215 now and look more like I do in the arm pic (a bit bigger and leaner) than I do in the pic taken with the girl.
I'll post up a couple of recent shots next week and send you a link dude.

7 months, although in reverse ;D I lost all the weight from the second pic to look like I do in the one with the girl. But like I said, I'm actually bigger and leaner now. I'm constantly told I look close to 240

Well I've got both the girl and the bigger look, so that's one choice I don't have to break a sweat over ;)

Proud lifetime natural, my friend. The only thing I've taken that's not OTC is Ephedrine. I'll admit I've got decent genetics, but I'd say the way I look has more to do with how I lift
