I was thinking this morning about the new American Gladiators show, Mike O'hearn seems to be the main guy from the commercials I've seen. Mike's been involved or around BB for years, he's done shows..he has an image that the general public loves-tall, blond, proportionate, photogenic...all those good things. Would BB benefit from jumping on the O'Hearn bandwagon? I wonder if throwing him on the cover of Flex a few weeks after the show debuts would make a difference in terms of sales? If you promote this guy and the body he presents to the general public as the "new" image of BB would the general public be more inclined to accept it? Regardless of what your personal feelings are about the matter he has always claimed to be natural....why not promote that?
What I'm thinking here is the 300lbs, bloated gut monsters that the sport is currently rewarding isn't really doing anything for it so could this be the chance for them to change the publics perception of what BB is?
