i see alot of people here just throwing out numbers for arm measurements, BF etc just by looking at some pictures... here is a clip of me at the gym, judging by this, how big do you think my arms are and whats my BF?

lol i'll take that as a compliment...  here is another clip, lemme know if you knew a gym in 1920s with stairmaster and 5 plasma tvs hanging from the cieling ( behind me on top of the video you can see the TVs)...

Ok Bruce, yes they are big.  I would say about 18 too.

Impossible to tell bodyfat. Not very fat but I don't think very ripped either.

Arms looking fucking big! i think about 18inches and true 8-10 bf....i dont think its lower but post some clear pics.
