Title: Why did Van Damme have chicken legs?

Hopefully team van damme can answer my question. I see a normal upper body and a pair of sticks for legs. Whats the deal??

Van Damme doesn't need what you call "legs", he just flies over his opponents.
Moreover, Van Damme is 100% natural muscle.

nope not even close on being natural
he took steroids while training in belgium.
