This thread is for people (like Titusisback) who think that because Nasser is lifting "light" weights during supersets and/or in precontest that makes him "weak" and means he can not lift more when he is in the offseason and at the start of his workout.
Note that Nasser was spotting and assisting Jay in both of these sets.

Nasser on the Way Part 2. They were in the same city, for some type of guest posing or seminar I would imagine, during the offseason and did a chest workout together and a posedown after. The 225 bench press was part of a superset after cable crossovers. Both were doing the same weight for about the same # of reps, but Nasser destroyed Jay in the posedown after.

It's already 10 years past 97 and many people still remember Nasser as the uncrowned Mr. Olympia, so that wont change, whereas Jay will be remembered as someone who unfairly won a few titles.

The form, speed of his reps, and the fact that he didn't reach close to failure was more impressive than most competitors who got more "reps" than him.

Also, in response to all the negativism about his "lack of strength", who gives a shit how much he can lift? It's about what you look like, not about what you put up. I actually agree with you that it doesn't really matter how much a bodybuilder lifts. In the past a few pumpkinheads were trying to knock on Nasser for not lifting extremely heavy in certain videos, usually precontest ones or ones where he is pre-exhausted, so my point of posting these pics was to address them by showing that Jay, or any bodybuilder really, would not be lifting heavy when doing supersets and such.

and like i've said before i would much rather have my succsesful gym (with plans of opening another one in the not to distant future) than 2 bits of paper that take 7 years to get, i'm guessing your in your late 20's or so and still work a low paying job while i'm in my early 20's and own my own bussiness, i'm not saying that your degree isn't good but i love coming to work everday and thats not something that most people can say ( and i doubt u can say that honestly)
