I use the Costco brand.  That's the best bang for your buck IMO.

Of course I would suggest the Optimum Nutrition Enteric coated brand.  ;)

You can probably find other brands in your local supermarket, but I have found that the enteric coated ones in the supermarket are like $23.00
Whats good about the enteric coating is that you wont get those nasty fish burps.

I weigh 125 and I am now taking 5 a day. I had started out with only 1 a day because I was getting nausea, but it was unrelated.

Life Extension fish oils are some of the bestmost over priced. www.lef.org.

Edited for clarity.  All kidding aside, LEF's products are some of the best, but you definitely pay for the quality.

Sam's carries enteric coated (Members Mark) very cheap.
NOW brand has always been reputable and economical, but the last two bottles I used did not work for me.  They smelled (and not of fish) and I experienced burps which has NEVER happened in all the years taking fish oil.  I think they may have changed their gel caps.  Nature Made is also economical.

I've tried the NOW stuff and couldn't finish the bottle because of the nasty burps.  This seems strange to me since every NOW product I've used (and still use) was of excellent quality.  Then again I've had the same experience with Fisol.  This doesn't help I guess...

Ive never used it personally.  I just hope I can find it, or else Im going to feel like a raging asshole.  I remember it was due to the EPA:DHA ratios being skewed pretty bad however.

Scary, I just stated in another thread that NOW made good Liquid L-Carnitine.
What did it smell like? Maybe I should not ask that question ;D
