Title: Should EVERY meal be a cheat meal?????
Post by: Master Blaster on December 17, 2007, 09:08:25 PM: So I was just working over my diet and I'm trying to figue this one out (Maybe Lee can chime in, only he normaly just responds to nerds), how often can I have a cheat meal? Should I have a cheat meal once a day? Maybe "dinner" can be my massive cheat meal. :-\

Or if I get my diet dialed in, maybe I can have more than one cheat meal a day? How many cheat meals a day are ok? If I get everything perfect, maybe every meal can be a cheat meal. Lee? Lee?
