meal one 50g whey 50g carbolyze
meal two 6 egg omlet with swiss cheese and two bagels
meal three 8 oz steak and 2 cups of rice and 1/4 cup almonds
meal four 50g whey 50g carbolyze
meal five 50g whey 50g carbolyze
meal six double quarter pounder with cheese large fry diet coke and two apple pies
meal seven 50g whey 50g carbolyze
Then Bed gotta rest

Done. It's obvious his mentors can't get a natural guy in shape. He claims he uses gear but olive oil or plain sesame oil doesn't count.

Is that seriously Collette in the first pic? That can't be. I refuse to believe it because the person wiping down Billy has major major side effects of excess gh useage with the forehead/brow growth and acromelogy(sp?) of the elbow calcium deposits.
