Title: What is YOUR best/strongest/best developed Musclepart?
Post by: Stark on December 19, 2007, 09:57:33 AM
Doesn't matter if you don't look like Markus Ruhl or Frank Zane, as long as you workout you must look into
the mirror sometime and decide just for yourself: Yes THAT is my best musclegroup...

Mine is Chest, not because it's super developed, I was always big in the chest.

Oh and just because I know some jackass is going to say it: The Dick is not a muscle group  :P

Just before would do seated rasies for about 5 sets and standing 5 sets, but the past few years i have added in a few different angles such as toe raises on the leg press and incline seated raises as well as a new machine the gym got it is a donkey calf raise so insted of just two excersises before I now will do five twice a week.

Chest for me, the one body part I never miss a workout for. I atribute my chest development to my consumption of atleast 8-12 Canadian beers a night. Since I added the beer to my diet I have added 25 lbs to my bench bress and lowered my bodyfat. I also have considerably more energy, no kidding. Try for yourself for a month and see.
