to fat loss? Will "forcing in" about 1.5 gallons a day definately help strip the fat?

I wouldn't say it will strip the fat, but lots of water consumption is vital in pre-contest mode!

Drink really cold water to increase body temp which could force you to burn some extra calories, but in my opinion, that is a stretch. You need the water to flush toxins and keep you a bit more full when calories are low.

You will be surprised at how much you want to drink when your protein intake is higher and all the cardio, training. 1.5 gals might be a breeze!
