Title: Who has already started their Arnold Classic Expo prepping?
Post by: MindSpin on December 20, 2007, 11:45:09 AM
I need to get the ball rolling as I want to peak just right this year.  I figure 16 weeks of dieting & a 12 week cycle should get me there.  Have you guys thought about your outfits?  Tanning lotions?  Hair styles?  I may do a little synthol this year.  What do you guys think?

I started about 2 months ago so I'm already balls deep in this one...phantom prepping for the Arnold expo is definitely not for the weak of heart.

I'm going to have two outfits per day.  One to walk the expo in, and the other to hit the clubs with.  Soooo much to do!  wax eyebrows, whiten teeth, tan, select the right shoes, jewelry, etc.

For shizzel!

This year I'm thinking of stepping it up a notch.  I'm going to bring a professional photographer with proper lighting so that when I do my thumbs up pics with the pros, I look my best.

I just booked my air and hotel.

Hyatt is already booked and so is the Drury next door, so it looks like Dublin, OH and PF Changs will be my home away from home again!

FYI, a new airline with a new fleet of Boeing Airbus Jets called SKYBUS is now operating out of Columbus, OH.  The first 10 seats on every flight are $10 and the next 50 or so are $35. I got airfare from NY-Columbus for $70 RT. Check them out at skybus.com (http://skybus.com)!

I started my diet yesterday by making homemade chicken salad with fat free mayo and mixing it with brown rice. Then at night, I had chicken skewers. Then my lovely neighbor dropped by and gave me a box of Christmas cookies. I had to decide what to do: Break my diet on Day One and completely throw off my Arnold Prep or save the cookies for my 'Cheat Day'. I chose to postpone my contest prep by a few days and ate the entire box of cookies (about 17-18) in one sitting with 32 oz. of milk. I justified it by figuring that my "Before" pictures should be as bad as possible.

Now if I can just get these damn eyebrows to grow in...

 Hope to hear from ya!

I'm liking your logic here.  Definitely a good call.

Yeah, I hear there's also a new restaurant there that serves Coke Pepsi with every meal.  What kind of rental car will you be getting, a Ford Audi?   ::)
