Title: Quick and healthy chicken fried rice

Here's another favorite recipe of mine

Need.

2 packs of boil in bag rice either white or brown
2 cans chicken breast.  I use the Costco brand.
6 green onions diced
2 eggs whisked in a bowl

Boil the rice according to package.  Usually 10 minutes and drain

Sautee the eggs in a small amount of oil and add the green onions, then add the chicken breast, sautee a bit longer and add the rice.  Add salt and pepper to taste and low sodium soy sauce.  That's it.

This is a great meal for those that love chicken fried rice as I do but want a lean and healthy version.
