In all seriousness can you imagine that total amount of calories you have to consume to keep that kind of weight AND GAIN on top of it? That's a job in itself.

oh my god! this poor fellow needs some serious gastric bypass surgury or something along the line of a stomach staple! how sad! he won't live much longer if he keeps it up, and he'll wind up on one of those specials on cable t.v. how sad!  :(
