For example: ON Casein has both whereas Labrada's PROV 60 only has Calcium Caseinate?

Micellar is like... um, more expensive, and... better?

I've read this shit sometime, I think it's shit about bioavailability. Micellar isn't as harsh on your bowls either from what I recollect, ie you won't be shitsquirting and farting bombs.

But both are long term proteins that stream amino acids throughout the body for up to 8 hours right?

Long term proteins yes.
Slower than whey? Yes.
Preferable in between meals? Yes.
8 hour period of time? Dunno about that exact time frame though.
But those are what you should use for "night protein".

That I know. As long as the difference between the two kind of Casein proteins is minimal I don't care.
